There is <b>NO<\/b> fee or form to renew your Certificate of Registry.<\/p>\n<p>A Certificate of Registry is valid for three years. A new Certificate of Registry will be issued to the owner or authorized representative 30 days prior to their expiration date.<\/p>\n<p><b>NOTE:<\/b> If you do not report a change of address, and your Certificate of Registry is returned by the postal authorities, your Certificate of Registry may be suspended or cancelled.
